LCP ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- According to the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC), a Life Care Plan (LCP) is a comprehensive document that chronicles the medical and rehabilitative histories of a person with chronic health care needs or who has experienced trauma affecting their functional capabilities. It provides an organized, concise plan for current and future needs, along with associated costs.
- Dr. White's cases have included work related injuries, surgery related injuries, and catastrophic injuries including motor vehicle incidents.
- Dr. White is a Certified Life Care Planner through the International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC). The qualifications for certification can be extensive, and recertification is every five years. Continuing education is mandatory.
